Melanie discovered yoga in her early twenties as a way to find stillness in a busy life and never looked back. Over two decades, she has trained in Hatha, Restorative, and Chair Yoga, earning certifications that centre accessible, trauma-informed movement for all bodies and ages.
She founded Mitzva Yoga to create a space where students feel seen, supported, and never rushed. Her classes are known for their warmth, gentle humour, and the simple reminder that every breath is enough.
